Due to our increased workload and expansion plan, we have available the following positions.

The position will be within the Company in-house Legal Department and will entail dealing with international adjudications and ICC arbitrations, as well as providing legal and contractual advice and preparing legal submissions.

The ideal candidate should be proficient in English and possess better than average English writing skills.

General Duties would include:

  • notifying department managers on the adoption and amendment of relevant legislation;
  • acting on behalf of the company during litigations and negotiations with public authorities and institutions domestically and abroad;
  • negotiating, drafting and endorsing contracts and relevant contractual correspondence;
  • providing legal expert advice on commercial, civil, labor and private international law;
  • attending all stages prior to lawsuits and arbitration (debating, direct agreements, notifications, and the like);
  • understanding construction-related legislation and other relevant norms;
  • supporting the Company in-house Contract Management Department with legal and contractual opinions and advice.

Education & Ability Requirements:

  • graduate from Law University;
  • previous experience as a lawyer, minimum 3 years of active profession as a lawyer;
  • experience in contract management under FIDIC conditions of Contract would be an advantage;
  • experience in domestic and international arbitration procedures would be an advantage;
  • experience in civil engineering related legislation;
  • English language – advanced;
  • PC knowledge (Word; Excel);
  • good organizational skills;

  • communication and interpersonal skills, empathy;
  • ability to work in a team and individually;
  • ability to keep deadlines;
  • organization and efficiency in the daily activity;

The Junior Planner’s position requires an individual:

  • with at least 5 years post-graduate experience as a planning engineer in a main contractor or construction consultancy who dealt with project planning/programming;
  • is familiar with techniques used to analyze cause of time delays and is knowledgeable in planning engineering as a whole under international standards;
  • should possess a degree in civil engineering, preferably in the domain of roads and bridges engineering;
  • has relevant IT skills;
  • is skilled in the use of the Primavera planning software (minimum 3 years experience);
  • good knowledge of written and spoken English and the ability to write high quality planning reports and professional advice on planning matters is essential;

Having obtained PMP recognition from Project Management Institute (PMI) or PSP status will be looked upon favorably.

Awareness and experience of other key industries such as Rail, M&E, Wastewater, Oil and Gas will be an advantage.

Candidates shall be confident in their abilities in Contract Management, decisive in their actions and productive and cooperative as team players, open minded, flexible, with vision and adept in face-to-face communications with our clients and others on behalf of our clients. Candidates must be sufficiently competent to deal with complex Contract Management issues which may mean more than average attention to detail.

Ideal candidates would be at the least orally competent in English with a high degree of writing skills and preferably with knowledge of other languages.

Education & Ability Requirements:

  • Graduate of Civil Engineering or other faculty;
  • Civil Engineering knowledge, preferably in the domain of Roads, Rail and Bridges and other disciplines;
  • at least 3 years construction site experience;
  • professional and innovative approach to Contract and adept in interpretation and use of Contract Clauses;
  • experience in contract management under FIDIC conditions of Contract would be an advantage;
  • good use of the English language (reading, speaking and writing);
  • ability to compose well-structured contractual correspondence;
  • multitasking approach to work in a team environment;
  • able to deal with causation and prepare causative parts of claims;
  • willing and available for project-based business travel.

The ideal candidate must have the following experience and ability to:

  • review drawings and the Contract Documents for measurement purposes;
  • calculate quantities utilising international standard methods of measurement;
  • preparation of cost plans or estimates for projects;
  • assess progress from measurement records;
  • prepare applications for interim payment;
  • prepare unit prices in detail for the valuation of variations;
  • prepare written reports;
  • demonstrate high level of expertise in the use of Microsoft Excel;

Education Requirements:

  • 𝗖𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗹 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗱𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗲 (preferably Roads and bridges construction engineer), or 𝗘𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗰𝘀/𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗱𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗲𝗲 
  • minimum of 1 year experience in technical or economical service;
  • detailed knowledge of Ms Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), AutoCAD;
  • good command of English language;

  • at least 10 years post-graduate experience as a planning engineer in a main contractor or construction consultancy who dealt with project planning/programming

Ideal candidates would be at the least orally competent in English with a moderate degree of writing skills and preferably with knowledge of other languages.

Education & Ability Requirements:

  • Civil Engineer university degree (preferably roads and bridges construction engineer);
  • minimum of 3 years’ experience in technical service;
  • detailed knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), AutoCAD;
  • reasonable command of the English language;
  • understanding of construction legislation and other relevant regulations.
  • review the Contract Documents for the purposes of measurement take-off from construction drawings;
  • calculate quantities and allocation of resources;
  • calculate the cost of projects, estimation and final evaluations;
  • assess progress from measurement records;
  • prepare Payment Application Statements for work executed;
  • prepare detailed unit price build-ups;
  • prepare written reports;
  • prepare variation proposals;
  • register data and analysis;
  • extensive use of computer software for calculation;
