CRISTINA PÎRJAN

is an experienced civil engineer who has been involved in contract management, design studies for industrial projects, claims resolution and quantity surveying, currently holding the position of Senior QS Advisor within Techno Engineering & Associates. After graduating from the Faculty of Electromechanical Engineering / Industrial Robots section she has spent the early stages of her professional development working for a Belgian company where she performed various technical designs. Afterwards, she moved back to Romania and her career matured in the field of Civil Engineering where she was exposed to major railway, motorway, roads and bridges, water and wastewater projects while obtaining a second degree from the Faculty of Civil Engineering.

Ever since then, she performed contract management assistance, contract risk events identification, quantity surveying, quantum compendium claim preparation, preparation of Contractor’s Statement of Case for disputes related to technical issues and preparation of reports on Contractor’s Variation Proposals to be appended to the Contractor’s Statement of Case.
